Generalise Hotel Plugins - 408044

This change will create a general interface for hotel plugins so that there is not a need to recreate the steps/handler/workflow/api each time a new hotel integration is done. This will form the basis of a standard interface for hotel posting in a future release.

RMS PMS – Create Plugin Framework -  415276

Create the basic framework to support RMS PMS using the new generalised interface for hotel plugins.

RMS PMS – Room Enquiry - 421901

The ability to complete a room enquiry, using room number or guest name search.

RMS PMS – Room Posting - 421902

The ability to complete a room posting, using room number or guest name search.

RMS PMS – Non-room Posting - 421903

The ability for cash/card (non-room posting) transactions to be sent to PMS to facilitate reporting.

RMS PMS – Finalise fixed Data - 421904

Define the new fixed data to be added to Aztec for the RMS PMS plugin, so that a RMS PMS transaction can be initiated.

Pre-requesite Software

  • Aztec 3.5.6.38455 or later (Note – not all features for all plugins are available from 3.5.6 – some features are Aztec version dependent, see table below)

  • Internet Explorer 7 or later

  • Microsoft .NET 4.5.2+

  • The pre-requisite software requirements for Aztec cover all the other components required for the POS Integration Engine application
